My Story

Welcome to my website. With the information on this site you are given some powerful tools to change your life – that is - if you want to change your life.

Here is my story: My health journey began in 2001, after experiencing declining energy levels my health hit rock bottom, I found myself bedridden much of the time & for an energetic fun person, this was devastating.

My medical diagnosis was grim and not much was on offer as a solution, this created my motivation to search for the answers – firstly to why did I end up like this and how do I repair myself – and was that possible? When in a situation like this, it is easy to think that this is the way it will be from now on (I would not accept that).

My diagnosis was a collection of labels; chronic fatigue, chemical toxicity, fibromyalgia, B12 deficiency, iron deficiency, high parasitic levels, dermatitis, irritable bowel & also gluten intolerance.

My symptoms would progress and get worse at times, sometimes causing major problems – like the times I would be at the supermarket grocery shopping, and all of a sudden my legs would give out and the trolley would have to take my body weight until I recovered. Other times my sensitivities to smells like shampoo or body lotions or perfumes would cause me to end up with massive headaches and in bed with nausea for days, along with severe light sensitivity (to the point all blinds were down on windows and I would wear a black blind-fold, and still my eyes would be hurting) I was reacting to so many foods that my ‘could have’ list was able to be counted on one hand.

I also found the time my health was at its very worst that I had no short term memory and thought I must be going mad; someone could say something to me, and no sooner was it out of their mouth it was forgotten by me – I had no idea what had just been said. At times the pain I experienced was like someone drilling into my bones with a blunt drill, especially during the first stages of the detox process (a very fast detox- medically induced).

The healing of my body took over 3 years till I felt I could have a somewhat normal life again. I realised I was now getting up in the mornings feeling refreshed, and I had also begun dreaming again – after many years of no dreams and only occasional hallucinations, when I reacted to a chemical I had been exposed to during the day.

The detoxification & healing process wasn’t easy – but it was very successful! Today – many years later, I am a successful business woman and spend my time changing the lives of others. The wealth of knowledge I have gained on this journey comes from reading thousands of books, dealing with many healing modalities and using hundreds of products, some of which I found to give me exceptional results, these I still use today (and would never be without them).

Here are some healthy & easy to do recommendations for you:

Always embrace change – strive to be better, eliminate stress from your life, laugh lots, and smile when you feel sad (it’s hard to feel sad when smiling!) Work at what you love to do, and it won’t feel like work.
Love yourself first – then love another.

Eat good whole foods, if it doesn’t look like Mother Nature created it – don’t eat it! If it’s not a food – it is a toxin your body has to deal with.

Read your labels – preservatives stop enzyme action & our bodily functions rely on enzyme action. Life depends on emzymes.

Drink good water daily – check out on my site the daily formula for your water requirements(Drink chlorine free water – also fluoride free).

Use natural sun-dried sea salt – not iodised table salt (which is detrimental to your health, causing many problems)

Get a good night's sleep, having a regular bed time and doing something nurturing and relaxing before retiring so the mind is calm.

Exercise daily, do something you enjoy to get your heart rate up (this also produces endorphins – which relieves stress). My favourite (and my daughters) is to put some great music on, and bounce on the lymphaciser for 20 minutes a day. The bouncing on the specially designed, electrically tuned lymphaciser is great for pumping lymph in the body and toning and strengthening the entire body…..and its fun!

Make sure your body is getting the correct fats, this is a subject that creates much debate, my research and experience on my body and feedback from thousands of client results show: organic animal fats are one of our best sources (this can be from raw goats milk, raw cows milk, butter, fat on meat etc) along with good fish oils – like molecularly distilled cod liver oils & also good cold pressed olive oil. Beware of hydrogenated vegetable oils, margarine and other spreads that are made to resemble what Mother Nature meant us to have! A wonderful example of this is shown on the Sally Fallon DVD set, two plates are put outside – one has real butter on it, the other has a butter look alike – the birds and creatures feasted on the butter and NOTHING touched the butter look alike. This tells us very clearly what we must do.

Check out your Candida levels, are they out of hand? If you don’t know how to check the levels you will find this on my site & also solutions and articles on how Candida impairs the quality of our lives.

Keep your Gluten intake to a bare minimum (or eliminate), use organic whole grain breads like dense rye sourdough types etc – the processed white flour products are causing havoc in our bodies, not to mention the fact gluten feeds bacteria like Candida and also coats your intestinal villi inhibiting your nutrient absorption in the intestine. Our bodies don’t need the amount of grains we put into them.

Avoid drinking pasteurised milk, despite what you have been told or what you have read – it is dead, and also the processing of milk causes havoc to your body. Also many more illness and death have occurred from pasteurised milk in comparison to what has occurred from raw milk consumption. Many cases of asthma & other problems have been eliminated when consumption of pasteurised milk has ceased. Drink only raw milk, and clarify the cleanliness of the source…..your body will thank you for giving it live milk. (Read the untold story of milk, and also Weston price research).
